Practical computer course in which molecular simulation techniques will be applied to example problems. Topics covered: Molecular dynamics simulations, enhanced sampling methods, analysis of observables and computation of properties.
Prio attendance of "Methods of Molecular Simulations" and/or "Electronic Structure Methods" is recommended.
Prerequisites: Lecture "Methods of Molecular Simulations" or course by Markus Miettienen "Initiation to Biomolecular Simulations"
