Die fußballspielenden humanoiden Roboter der Freien Universität sollen im Rahmen des Softwareprojekts weiter entwickelt werden.
Hierzu wird es konkrete Projekte an und mit den Robotern aus einer Vielzahl an Bereichen geben. Bei der Umsetzung der Aufgaben werden fachübergreifende Kenntnisse erworben, Teamfähigkeit gefördert und Praktiken der guten Software-Entwicklung geübt.

Different software modules of the autonomous vehicle of the Freie Univeristät Berlin will be developed or improved in this software project. Therefore there will be a variety of subtopics from the robotics and autonomous driving field – with focus on computer vision, sensory data processing, world modeling, trajectory planing and control. While achieving those tasks the students will gather knowledge of different areas, learn to collaborate within a team of developers and how to develop good software.
